1. In-Store Purchase & Pickup

Customers are welcome to visit and purchase products directly at our store:

You can inspect and receive your order on-site with the support of our staff.

2. Nationwide Delivery via Third-Party Carriers

We ship orders using trusted logistics partners such as J&T, Ninja Van, VNPost, Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN), and Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm (GHTK).

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Northern Vietnam: 1–3 business days

  • Central Vietnam: 2–4 business days

  • Southern Vietnam: 3–5 business days

Please note: Actual delivery time may be affected by objective factors such as weather, environmental conditions, or local delivery delays.

Before Accepting the Delivery:

We kindly ask customers to verify the following:

  • Order ID and tracking number

  • Product names, quantities, and order details

  • Package condition

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to refuse the delivery when the courier arrives. The shipment will be returned to our store.
